Debris from Kamikaze Attack, 1944
Damage to the ship's side after a kamikaze hits USS Cabot (CVL-28) on November 25, 1944. This was from the kamikaze that shore off the Marine gun tub, killing most of the gun crew. The kamikaze also punched a hole in the catapult room.
